ammeter voltmeter dial gauge

does anyone know of a volt/ammeter in one unit? Similar to the link below, however I would like for the ammeter part to show whether it is charging/discharging ( with a pos '+' sign or neg '-' sign). There are LCDs that do it for one measurement (vltg or Amps), however have not been able to find a display that concurrently updates both. Thanks!
