I know I've seen it somewhere on the forum but can't find it now.

I have a 200 that needs new tires. I am running stock (285/60/18) size w/Geolandar AT/S tires. I rotate every 5k and wear is uneven (fronts show excessive wear on outer edge). Not a lot of options in stock size; so the Q is what is the preferred 'not stock' size? 275/65? This is a City/Hwy truck and I get to the snow in winter. I will say the Geo's performed very good in the snow.

I was looking at the AT3's and Destination AT tires. The new Conti TerrainContact A/T looks nice (great warranty) but not so easy to find. Also thinking about going w/a p-metric tire as i do not off-road: is this a bad idea?

Any tire size / choice suggestions welcome.

I think you have other issues that need attention before you dump money on the tires. If you have uneven wear there is something else going on that needs immediate addressing. Once that is resolved I would look at new tires. I have had good luck with Cooper Tires, wife is currently running stock sized Cooper Discoverer HTPs on her '11 4Runner and they have seen a decent amount of snow and rain and have not disappointed. The one gripe I have with them is when in the snow or rain you can feel the tire "drag" a bit, it never feels like it is going to lose traction but just drags down.

The destinations have always looked like great tires and have heard good things about them and how they perform, not so much on customer service though of Firestone if you need warranty service. Know nothing about contis.

Yep. Definitely something a competent tire shop can address. With such even wear (200 series) would it be too much pos. camber?
