showup at the run through Alpha Pit, its going to be a the 29th through the 31...we are camping out.

What about a little more info on the trail ride? Where exactly is Alpha Pits?

Ocala Florida... Its private property but its a known place to wheel. I'v been three times now and each time we have run into other fellow wheelers. Last time some dudes with really rigged up rock crawlers were there. Last time we went we found a coquina vertical wall that we are going to try to make up on this trip. That i'm sure will be a challenge, wish i had pics of that, but i will post after the trip.
It's a fun wheelin trip there are alot of obstacles but there are bypasses for all of them. I think this trip is a FLCA meet..(go tot the website), i know there are about 8 trucks that will show up. But i would really like to see some 80's show up the 60's. Guaranteed if you come you come you will have a fun time!! But Al has gotten more dents at Alpha Pit than GSMTR but then again he has never taken a bypass.
If you want camping info just say so... everyone whos going to camp is staying at the same place and its a nice campgound.

there are some gnarly hills there...i watched a rock buggy on 44s smoke all four tires trying to get up this rock face...most spots resemble tellico. but there are plenty of go arounds and some easy stuff to wheel...

Anyone who is getting this late and still wants to show... we are staying at Oklawaha campground in Ocala Florida...i will arrive around 7-8 to set up camp....look for the velveeta...

those who are not camping we are picking up some more trucks at the pilot station at road 326 and I-75 in Ocala at that intersection there are two, for whatever reason we will be at one of them between 9-10 am on saturday....
