Well I can speak from experience on the TC 2" long travel kit with Sway-A-Way coil-overs.
The TC / SAW combo performs exceptionally on the trails and on the road. I dialed in more droop so the lift is still around 3". The extra droop coming in handy as you drive fast over the wash board stuff or crawling over big ruts where the wheels drop down maintaining traction and forward momentum. If your looking to take advantage of more lift, you should consider long travel shocks and springs for the rear as well. That will certainly give you plenty of room for 35" and still have lots of flex and travel.
My choice was guided by the fact that TC has had their 3" long travel kit out for quite a while with lots of desert racers running their kit and reporting good things about it. TC carried over most of the same engineering components to their 2" kit (only single shock though, keeping it SCORE Class 3 legal).
I also like the proven TC box Lower Control Arms over APs tube style which I was not comforatable with (not a proven design that I could find enough data on).
Choose the SAWs because of my previous experience running their standard 3" lift coil-over on my FJC for a number of years. SAWs are at the top of the performance list, completely rebuildable, 11. 1/2" of travel and their Long-travel shock has a big... big 9" inch reserve that you will be hard pressed to over heat. And while ICON makes a good shock, they are the old Danaho design now under new ownership, in my opinion not quite as strong as the SAWs. (Although curretnly SAW is backed up on orders and wait time is becoming significant.) You should talk to a shop like Metal Tech who carries both ICON and SAW they help guide your choice.

Unfortunately this is probably the most expensive combo of your choices but from experience I can tell you it works great. Good luck finding the setup that is right for you.
