RSD LLC is a business purchasing land in central Fl in an effort to create an actual Offroad park for ORVs and full size vehicles. They are requesting any information that the TLCA may have that could aid this venture, such as reasons why there already isn't a park here! lol
They planned on purchasing land 6 months ago, but zoning difficulties have stalled it up until now. They have their sights set on several locations, and are willing to start more than one park if the first goes well: alachua county, leesburg, Taylor County, Sumter County, and two spots in Polk County.
Any ideas/notions that TLCA may have about problems the group will run into would be greatly appreciated.

the two owners of the business are big four wheeler fans themselves and one has owned three cruisers. They have great plans for the park, such as club meets, trail contests with prizes, featured events, food, on site fueling, and much more.
