After more than a few dozen bead balancing sessions we have determined that the line in the red solo cup made need.....tweaking.

Henceforth!

Bow down to the bead chart!

Aggressive Tire Chart

Actually there's a bunch of info out there on tire size and ounces per but I've had too many people freaking out so wes had to get technical out there.

We have also limited beer consumption during install due to forgetting the beads in the cup on the counter all together. AKA..." pulling a Paul"

Very interesting.
On my HJ61, I have a tire found on that chart, (10.5R20 Continental MPT80) and I have balancing beads. But clearly, not enough. I regularly have to 'Race' through 60kmph.... my Death Wobble speed zone. I think I have half as much balancing beads as I really need according to that chart.

Just looked back at the digital records. I ended up with 8oz in my BFG KM2 255/85R16 E rated tires. It was pretty bad with only 5oz in!

Checked it out last night. Our scientific measuring system has two sharpy lines. First one was five oz. second line was 6ish. Got a scale now and found beads to be the cheapest at good old princess auto. About $15 for a complete set at 8 oz per tire. They even come in 4 - 8 oz bags per box.

When we did my 315-76/16's, there are 8oz of airsoft ammo in each one. They have driven absolutely perfect ever since. Only concern is on high speed on/off ramp corners as the truck will wobble a bit. Now that I say that, I haven't noticed it in some time though, so maybe that was some other front end issue that I fixed without even knowing...

hehehe, "high speed" it's an 80!
how about you try out that high speed on/off ramp corners on your way to our meet tomorrow?

Just giver buddy!
No go on the meet last week, spent a good chunk of my evenings in the garage getting my bikes together. All to rip one down the mountain, and the one with the engine back up this past weekend.
