ALCA Membership Question

I might be missing something (looked everwhere), but how does membership in ALCA work...in other words, how does one join?

I'm near Philly. Would be great to hook up with some nearby fellow LC fanatics and participate in any nearby trail runs.

ALCA is pretty much a show up and wheel club. We are not affiliated with the TLCA. In the past we have collected $25 for a club wheeling/ cook out event. We also try to support GCLC for the coal mine cruiser classic. Always great to meet other cruiser heads. In other words, show up and wheel.
