Alarm ECU location

I have a 1999 Toyota Tacoma. Need to program a new alarm FOB.
Anyone know where the Alarm ECU is located?
It's not below the drivers seat.

oh a nice simple question..haven't a foggy clue.... I would be down to the local shop that installs remote starters/alarm systems and ask them... next stop the dealership maybe??
