Affordable Plasma Cutter?

Amazon's Daily Deal for 6/5. Ratings look good (but maybe they're just people happy that they saved money?).

I've never owned a plasma cutter, but I'd sure like to buy a lot fewer cutting discs. Anybody have an opinion on this unit? Big boy brands are way out of budget, and I doubt I'd use this more than a few times per year anyway. Certainly nothing even close to a production shop.
