Adjust Side mirrors ?

when I run the power mirror on the passenger side all the way in I can almost see into the cab through passesger side window .

with it moved all the way out I can still see much of the passenger side of my vehicle.

it there and easy way I can adjust it back out some more.
down some more would be cool too.

I perused the manual page but didnt find anything

I think the kids at the car wash did a number on it while drying my 08 tacoma TRD.

Are you saying that you can't adjust it far enough out so that you see the lane next to you rather than the side of your truck?

Did you try and move the mirror outward using a bit of pressure with your hand?
