Bug: Add blocking screen... (1 Viewer)

I've been getting this weird video/add thing that pops up sometimes and never finishes "loading", and there doesn't seem to be a way to exit/minimize it. Just thought I would post a screenshot here in case it's something that needs to be fixed.

I've got it going on as well. Google chrome mobile with Verizon using mobile data.
