I can't speak for that product but I used a similar one called duracool in my HJ61 and it worked like a charm. I remember using two cans I think for coolant and another that was a sealant called sealquick. I think for less than fifty bucks I had a system that was once blowing hot air and started blowing ice
 
The problem with recharging the system with those cans is if there is any moisture in the system that has come in from the leak then is can turn to acid and corrode the whole thing.

The best thing is to get a new drier fitted then vac the system, fill it with the right amount of ac gas and then use one of those sealant cans. That's what I usually do at work when I can't find where gas is leaking from

Also your ac system needs to be converted to or already running on r134a and not r12 before you can do this to it. You can't put r134a straight into a r12 system
