craigslist 92 fj $1695 omaha.

Just want to get opinions on this fj found locally in omaha. Went to check out and drove. Priced at $1695. 260 on the dial.

Sat 1.5 yrs dash taken apart no stereo or speakers. Missing some switches. No maintenance record whatsoever.

What i found:
Driver side knuckle leaking. Figure on complete build, axel seals etc. Looks like never been done.
Needs new brakes all around.
Tune up. Starts rough.
Few exhaust leaks.
Slight oil leak, thinking oil pan gasket.
Needs new windshield. And address rust around seal. Otherwise no major body rust.
dent on rear pass tail light has surface rust starting.

Interior is rough. Cracked dash pad
broken panel in cargo area.
Driver seat torn as usual.
Jump seats torn on back.

Could go on and on. He now wants 2100 since put dash back together and purchased factory stereo, etc.

Any thoughts? He didn't like $1100.

If you are going after something to wheel go for it. He should come down a little i would think though.
