I'm fixin to find out how difficult it is to change out the drivers side. I'll pick up the part tomorrow and let you know.

It's not too bad. I broke a drivers side a while back. You will have to unbolt the opposite side just to get the old out & he new to slide in. Once they are in place it's simple. 2 man job though, we had to wiggle the engin around, go up, go down, (repeat as often as necessary) to get the holes to line up.

 Job, minimum wage labor.

Finally got to replace the lefthand MM tonight. Pretty easy, like Trailbus said.
What I did was to lift up the engine and take the old MM out. I needed to lift just a little more to get the new MM in. It was tight, but a little pushing on the MM to get the top stud in the hole and it popped right in.

Couple of observations:
1. I looked up my part number with EPC ahead of time. The 'Part Name' that the program calls out for WHAT I BELIEVE is the lefthand part is 'Insulator, Engine Mounting, Front' and part number 12361-61050 for a 3FE 80. This in fact is the righthand part. The correct part is 12362-61010 with part name 'Insulator, Engine Mounting, RH.

To summarize:
Lefthand MM (Insulator) 12362-61010
Righthand MM (Insulator 12361-61050

2. When jacking up the engine I started to leak a fluid. Lower pressure side power steering hose began to leak like a sive. The hose lost all it's elasticity over the years and was leaking around several cracks. Replaced the hose with some AutoZone 3/8" ID hose and I'm back on the road.

3. Tested the MM in High, Low, CDL on. All conditions passed.

Here are some pics.
1st: Old lefthand top, new righthand bottom.
2nd: New lefthand installed.
