Get it before the craigslist scammers. I want it so bad but I just don't have the cash right now. Next week I will, but I know it will be gone by then. :cry2:

Title is clean, no major damage, runs good. I called and it seems good to go. I just wish it was next week. I might put my S&W 500 Mag up for sale, and then go buy it with that.

What's the bad with it?

That's tempting. It's got the 3.0 I guess. What did they say about the motor? Looks like a good deal.

Just spoke with him. Does have a V6. 120,000 miles on engine, 189,000 on body. Uses a little water but no smoke? Is that normal? A/C was working three months ago but truck has been sitting for 6 months. Getting more pics this afternoon. Might go this weekend and take a look. What should I look for besides the norm?

4Runner

Sounds like a headgasket. I have done a 3.0 before. It's a PITA but not too bad. I like the 3.0 myself.

It's gone.

I guess I missed out on it? I'll wait to here as I'm suppose to get pics tonight.

Meant to say, it's in really decent shape. Engine feels maybe a bit weak, but maybe I'm not used to s smaller V6. I don't care though, for a trailered nuts trick, and it needs is some bigger tires and it's going to be a freaking blast.

That's not a bad engine. I've had a few and I liked them. Is the head gasket bad?

I dunno bud, I'll have to drive it more to find out. It was cold, and it ran okay, pretty much like my old 22r. Maybe a bit more power, I didn't drive it very far. In any case even if the gasket is bad, it's not bad enough to prevent me from taking it out a few times before doing it. I didn't really notice anything, and it didn't even really go up in temperature...

$1000 for a good looking truck that's fully loaded and has a solid 4wd system? Hell, I'll swap to a 3.4l if I have to at that price, and still have an epic deal.

Congrats! I missed two deals this week but that's how it goes.
