'88 FJ60 spotted for sale...
At Ed Martin Acura on 96th St just E. of Keystone. It's up on the stand and looks quite good. White in color... the usual rust bubbles in the usual spots... 250k mileage, price unknown...

If it is an 88, then that would be an FJ62 with auto and EFI. Four square headlights. Right?

You got it, I took pics today as I was in the area, I'll post 'em up

Some dad will buy it for his son and it will be parked in the Carmel HS parking lot within a couple weeks. Neither one will fully appreciate what they have.

Here's photos of it...

Thats the wifes twin.

Good call Clint. It is Dave's for sure. I looked at your site and in the Tech day session pics, there is one of Dave's truck getting a birf job. Would have posted the pic but I don't see any options for attachments here for some reason.

Damn, wish I had known he was selling. What does Ed Martin want for it? It doesn't show up on their used inventory on their web site.

They want $8865 for it. I asked him how many miles (it has 250K+) and he said "over 200k, but the whole things was rebuilt by the owner."

Give me Gappy's rig any day... (If I was in the market) :)

Is that the Dave that camped with his family at the Hoedown 2 yrs ago and broke his mini in the first half hour? That Dave?

Is that original paint? Looks nice but the price???
Soon to be at Carmel HS.

almost 9k for that seems on the high side to me... hard to say though without knowing just what was redone and when.

Not the same Dave. Dave Thompson had this 62 and really babied it...I can tell you that. He also has a very pristine restored 40...like a 76 or so. He used to be the club president but hasn't been around much in the past several years.

With it being Dave's old truck I can bet you will not be able to find a truck that has been better taken care of. He is very serious and complete about the upkeep.
