These are LED (brake lights) for the 80 Series.
Comes with two amber halogen bulbs.
They are new/never been used, but the USPS unit has a small chip at the very bottom (See pic).

You can either caulk/seal the chip and use them as a set, or use the USDS unit as is, and use the other side as an emergency backup.
