I'm building a new bumper from a kit so this one is on the block. It came on the 80 when I bought it, so I'm not sure who made it, but it appears to be powder coated. It can fit a 12k Warn in it. It has plenty of scars through the powder coating. The accent lights are cracked, but they are included. I will include the hardware to mount to the bumper, but the fairlead and winch hardware are not included.
I don't remember, but the frame may need to be notched to fit the winch and/or mount the bumper, I will confirm. I would also suggest getting some extra bracing installed to keep it from flexing into the valence.
