Hi,

Im so glad I found H8MUD I havent been a member for that long! Here goes......

I am looking at possibly purchasing a HDJ79 after spending the last 10 or so years in 75s I'm chasing comfort!

I really want the rv model but I have one problem, there is 3 of us, I have a 4 year old boy
( who is already a total cruiser head! )

I'm hoping for some advise, and any thoughts etc would be appreciated! If I was to remove the centre console how much work would be needed to fit the standard 3/4 seat ? Would it be possible or am I dreaming?

Saftey is obviously important , I will be fitting a harnes instead of the lap belt !

Thanks in advance.

All the holes are there for the other seating; just a question of getting them from a wrecker.
But, the three of you won't last long in there. It's not a big cab. And the "2 person" passenger seat is barely big enough for 2 small small teeny tiny people.

I would much rather buy the RV and and put the bench passenger seat in it than spend the same cash on a stocka ute with no creature comforts, having elec windows is very convenient.
The extra cab room and coil front springs are a savior
