79 series limp mode

Hey Guys

Im having trouble with my 79 series going into Limp mode and it's throwing up throttle pedal sensor I've replaced it twice. Still continuing to throw the code up everytime I scan it.

Any ideas guys

May be you need check the wire pedal--->throttle

Just curious, what dash (cluster) lights illuminate when this condition occurs?
