75? FJ40 for sale (1 Viewer)

I came across this 40 on CL two weeks ago. The owner was very unresponsive, but after 2 hours of driving around I found his house. I took some pic's and got a little info- thought I'd see if anyone on here was interested. He bought it from a "Gal" in CA and installed the 350. Can't drive it due to a bad hip. 4 spd. Original xfer case.
About 75 FJ40 from CA
New GM crate motor with 3300 miles
"new paint" is peeling on hood and front fender but decent elsewhere
small rust on rear qtr panels above brake lights
no rust underneath
no visible oil leaks
He is asking $4500
Edit-It does have an after market soft top
It starts and runs.

Another group with experience says that rust-through under the tailgate is a 1 hour fix. Wish I had the desire to do mechanical work, this looks like a pretty good project. But I'd be too tempted to pay someone else to make it look pretty and go fast. lol.
