For those that went with the Bilsteins did you use the 5100's? For my intended use the Dobinsons are probably overkill and I am getting close to the $5000 budget with the new lift, paint, body, 5 speed, etc...
Jon have you checked out any of the videos regarding the Iron Man shocks? I haven't installed these yet, but I'm super excited to try them out as the Foam Cell Pro is not charged like the Bilsteins and OME's. They just gently absorb shock in both directions. They're also massive, maybe 20 lbs each FWIW.

Trying to remove the dash pad, removed screws on each side and seem to have each end kinda separated. However I don't want to tear the pad up, instead I would like to send to same shop @gonzopancho is using to refurb his. So any secrets to removing the pad, am I missing some hidden screws or is it just held by some old adhesive?

Can someone share what I would need to do to the original 15" wheels my PIG currently has to accommodate a front disc axle swap from a 77 55? I'm not opposed to buying the 16 inch wheels but if I can avoid it and use what i got I would prefer that...

Newer ('76 and up??) 15" wheels work but I think the older, riveted ones don't. My OEM wheels are 15" and they are over disk fronts.

Greg, the wheels are on the 69 and are original. I am going to pull the axles on the 77 parts pig. IT sure would be nice to be able to keep em as they are in great shape clips and all. So welded good, riveted not?

My understanding is that the rivet heads on the original wheels are in the way of the brake rotor. You would need a later style wheel that is welded, not riveted together. I need to double check, but I may have a set of welded 15" wheels I could trade for the riveted ones.
Edit: Rivets hit the caliper not the rotor.

Any recommendations for 1969 head liner? I see Cruiser Corps makes them and am curious if this is my only source?
I just put in the Cruiser Corps headliner in my 1969 about three weeks ago. Good quality product. Looks great.

I have seen some car shows on TV where they take the wheels to a shop and they add a new inner to widen them. I went for a temporary solution and ordered inexpensive wheels from Discount Tire. Now that I have them I sort of like them and may keep them.

SOR had Pig headliners last time I looked. I think that was where I got my Pig headliner, and I got the 40 headliner from Cruiser Corps.

Ten years in my SOR headliner needs cleaning but otherwise remains as installed.

@WarDamnEagle Was kinda enough to sell me his SOR headliner, which Greg I did find after it was moved by the family to a few different cars. Packing up the pig shortly with the new window seals from @SLOCRUISER, new door cards @gonzopancho and headliner.

Just got done shoveling snow and scraping ice off the trailer in preparation for loading. Hopefully the sun will melt off the little ice I have left.

Sunny over here today also. Single digit night. See you Tuesday.

She is loaded up and seats are removed per body shop request. Hurried to get everything done and when that sun went down so did the temp! For the strap junkies I am not done yet so there will be no streamers going down the highway

While cleaning it up inside got me curious if this was the original rear floor mat? Been following some mudders on 45 section and it looks identical. I haven’t see valve in the heater lines on my other cruisers before?

Floors continue to amaze me!

Your floor does look good. How do the floor pans under driver and passenger feet look? Mine were coated with fiberglass. After media blast, and a bunch of scraping underneath they were like Swiss cheese.
