Yeah, mom and dad getting older and both have some very early vascular dementia. Dad loves playing on the farm, when that time comes we will move them down here so we can take care of them. Costs of building them a home were rediculous and slowed other things down but I wouldn't change a thing.

"Once I get my pig home it would be fun to have PIG gathering here at farm with some BBQ. Pig pens can be little noisy but with no neighbors for a mile there is no one to offend."

Some in the Swine fraternity might consider that last statement a challenge!

I’m always up for a good challenge, that’s why I got married!!!

Long time since last post but the sow supposedly close to being painted now that body work done (so I’m told). All interior carpet, seats are finished.

Haven’t even had a place to put her since moving to Oklahoma but new shop finally shelled in. I’m still pulling wire but have lights which is huge! The shop is going to be a project for awhile, hopefully not as long as the Pig.

Picking up the Sows 77 40 axles later this week here in Tulsa off another mudder for the disc swap. Keeping drums on rear but will rebuild that also while waiting on my pig. Think I have everything to rebuild the axles in various places but if not cruiser outfitters will get more of my money, or what I have left at this point.

Think I’m close enough to take tools out of the storage units and the shipping container here on the farm. This move from Colorado has been eye opener to say the least, I’ve got cruiser crap strung out all over the county.

No pig or axle pics yet but some shop porn! Gonna put lift where the old Ford is.

That is the bomb!!!

Shop needs some fine tuning on the outside. Gonna due some dirt work this week and get some gravel delivered to put around the front concrete. There is 5" rise currently from the ground to top of concrete and I don't want to drive anything up on it until that's done. Also need to secure the soil around the shop and put bermuda down so it doesn't wash out and destablize what's there. We just had nice ice storm hit and the lift is on a trailer attached to my truck in front of trailer right now, too slick to return to Tulsa this morning. I'm spending all funds I have left towards mom and dads house a couple hundred yards away. As soon as possible I hope to spray foam the roof then start working on the walls. As long as things are semi mobile in the shop I figure I can start working again on my cruisers.
i forgot about the plan to build a home for Mom & Dad! Good on ya!

Well, hell just froze over. Didn’t think anything would happen based on the the past year but I’m told the upholstery shop adjacent to body picked up pig today. They actually drove it 30 yards to fit the interior floor carpet we had custom made so it would fit perfectly inside and match the seats they reupholstered.

Mike who is suppose to paint has been wanting them to do this first so they would scratch anything. After carpet compete, I pray next week, it should be paint time. Everything already has primer.

At this pace I might be heading to Grand Junction before the snow starts falling.
