64 D100 Sweptline CSS front end hell

So my Dodge D100 has bad drum issues, and since the brakes Dodge used during this era are the worst known to modern man there are no aftermarket replacements worth bothering.

Any ideas on a disc brake conversion or front end transplant.

Perhaps a little more specific?

I HAVE to replace the front end due to hub damage, or hubs.....there has been very little in the salvage yard world to pick from and what there was had other issues. That still leaves the inadequate brake issue.
The spindles are still good.

Any one have some Mopar guru's in their family?
