I looked around lowes sit and found a 25 gallon POS oiless for $299

and a 60 gallon for $400

the cfm numbers all look ok to me.... should be able to run a grinder or other air hungry tool... 76 dba is the selling point to me though.
3.7 hp sounds a little low though. My 5hp is a screamer and has trouble keeping up to air demands...

I would not worry about the HP ratings on a compressor. My IR 60 gallon comressor has a 3 HP motor and it is fine. CFM rating is more important than HP ratings. Many 110v compressors come with a 5 HP rating. This is not possible.
