40 for sale in Washington

I spotted this 40 on the parking lot of Straatmann Toyota in Washington last month and finally rec'd a price from Mike at Straatmann.

The price is 3700.00 I believe it's a 73 or 74. The mileage is unknown, since the speedo is aftermarket. It was drive from StL to Washington. The body is in really nice shape, basically the vehicle is untouched. The is surface rust on the frame. But nothing really deep. I'm not on comission, but told Mike I'd put it out there for him before he advertised it formally.

Looks like a project for Meischa and the guy at Autohaus in their spare time.

I think 3700 is too much. The rust is purely on the surface, like it was stored in a humid basement or something. I think it would be a perfect project for Miescha.
