4-runner / 97-80 CDL switch same part? ALSO!! No 4-LOW dash lights

Question as above..... Grabbed a CDL switch from a junk yard out of a 4-skin.. Did the pin 7 mod., added the switch........ CDL light stays on until the jumper is re-installed.... . The CDL is locked with the light on... The switch will not turn the CDL off just on...


Bad switch or wrong part period....


On a different note/malfunction the T-Case does engage when in low, but no dash lights every time... they come on or not at will....

BTW...the dash light issue was preexisting....

Never tried to use the CDL from 4R. I know the hazard switch works with a trim of the inner plastic tooth.
