4.7" or 5.3" front pads?

Im purchasing some rotors and pads off the internet for my 2001 Tundra and i dont really feel like takeing my front wheel off to measure... does any one know why they would be different? or what belongs to what? it reads LS vi229 on the outside of the caliper

Does your truck have the TSB calipers?

Im going to take a wild guess because i cant find TSB any were its the 4.7" thanks

If the caliper has "S13WE" casted into it, its probably gonna be the 199mm calipers which use the smaller pad. There was a TSB issued by toyota in late 2002 that replaced those calipers with larger ones. You may still qualify.
