For Sale 4.5 Engine and A343 tranny

Motor is getting water into the oil so I decided now is the time to do the diesel swap I've always wanted to do so I'm selling the engine and tranny.
So I'm thinking:
Complete engine minus A/C compressor and PS pump $400 OBO
A343 Transmission. Shifts smooth no problems. $200

The truck has 245,xxx miles on it. I don't know much of the history. I haven't had it all that long.

Help me fund my swap.

I did not know that there was a difference between 93/94 and later 1fz's. I know the tranny changed.
