Looking to convert my M101 CDN 2 trailer hub-drums to be compatable with my tow vehicle. Etrailerpart has a hub-drum kit listed for $34.95. Dexter has what appears to be the same hub-drum kit for $100.54. Is the Dexter kit 288% better than the etrailerpart kit? Or will I be just paying for the Dexter name with the extra $65.59?

The last time I got a set they were Dexters units from Etrailerpart for that low price
so go for it

Trailer hubs are really low tech, and nothing ever goes wrong with them except bearing failures.

Get the cheapest hubs and don't worry about it. Just buy an extra set of bearings and a seal, and maintain them properly.
