Needs to be 4cyl, can be auto or manual. No rust buckets, but ok if the rust is minimal. Looking to spend under 3k. I'm located in southern Wisconsin, willing to drive within Illinois, Iowa,Minnesota, maybe a little further if you wanna meet half way.
