There is a club in Boise called "Northwest Cruisers of Idaho". For future reference, their webpage is "nwcruisers.com". For some reason, I didn't see a "clubhouse" forum for them in the "CLUBHOUSE" button at the top of this page.
You can also go to the "Toyota Tech" button at the top of the page and look for the "FJ40 Tech" forum. You can do a word search there, and possibly find a lead for a 2F rebuild in Boise. Of course you can post a new thread there and inquire.
