2f carburetor vacuum lines (4 Viewers)

Ok so I'm new to this stuff,
the car has been running ruff, like really ruff, I started checking the carb, and it seems like the vacuum lines aren't connected correctly.
where should they be connected? and also the choke valve does not seem to close. how can I adjust it?

i can tell that there is one to the charchole canister,
the other that is disconneted from the carb goes to the distributer (i dont know where to connect it in the carb)

Rub your finger in the bore of that carb - does it feel oily? Yes - you have a lot of blow by from like worn out rings. Do a compression check and look at the spark plugs while you are at it.
