Taking the plunge .... I'll be ordering Longfield's and inners in the next week or so (lots of OT at work). I think 30's would last me forever but would not be interchangable with anyone else on the trail (unless we do a club buy ;) ) 27's would probably also last almost forever, unless I get stupid, stupid with the 40. I'm leaning toward the 27 spline stuff, that way I can keep by Newfield's for spares.

Thoughts?

Anyone need anything from Bobby? I'll be ordering axles and hub splines.

Thank goodness for criminals, bad drivers and OT :hillbilly:. The downside was I missed the float trip having to be on call :frown: Hope y'all had a great time!!!

Mike,
I went through the same thing before I ordered my super-set.
This decision got easier when I realized that Brian (woody on mud) runs 27 spline stuff.
If he doesn't have any problems, I know I never will :D

congrats on your longfields

I went with the 27's with my planned 39.5 IROK's. I drive like a sissy and I wanted to use my existing spares in addition to being able to swap with club guys.
