I picked this up a few years ago here from a Mud member thinking I was gonna use it on my new M8274 but never could get over the fact of converting a new never used winch. So after keeping it all on the shelves a few years I am now selling the new never used M8274 and also these parts you need to convert it to 24v

I have a Warn 24v motor , solenoid pack and controller , no Chinese crap but all oem Warn parts

I need 450$ for it plus shipping

If you have a 24v truck and know where to find a beaten up 8274 this is the ideal package to rebuild this rather then spending 2800$ on a new Warn M8274 in 24v flavor

Hey....I have the perfect compliment for this sitting at my house I picked up an 8274 but changed to the ComeUp because the 8274 wouldn't fit in the CruiserOutfitter bumper
