It appears to be yes. I have not been to any events with this group, just found out about it through my local shop.
i have been to silver lake a few times if you had questions about that though.

Silver lake is a scramble area, open during the summer months and operated by Michigan DNR. You just need the orv stickers and dune flag. It’s definitely fun to go to!
