45k miles on my ‘18 GX. It will idle normally, but every few seconds I get a slight irregular shudder/vibration. It is very brief and VERY subtle, but it's there. I can feel it through the console, door, steering wheel, and even looked underneath and can see the heatshield on the exhaust vibrate ever so briefly when it happens.
I've been in cars with bad plugs/IAC issues/Dirty throttle bodies and it doesn’t feel anywhere close to that, this is much more subdued and brief.
I have no CEL, tach doesn't budge, just cleaned the MAF sensor and the Throttle body and put in a new air filter to no avail. I run injector cleaner through it every 5k-10k and use strictly 91 octane. My local dealer is the king of "Could not replicate," so I only go there for big issues.
Any ideas? Maybe already needing spark plugs or a failing coil at 45k?
