2012 4Runner Headlight Retrofit

My wife wanted a new look on her 5th Gen 4Runner and I found some donor headlights to retrofit. The lens was removed and the build begins by removing the chrome from the inter housing. Then painting all the chrome pieces black so the projector and new shroud. sticks out.

Does the halo ring around the projector switch to amber for the turn signal?

Yes there is a halo ring behind the shroud that are switch back and they will be white as a DLR . There is a module for the halos that are connected to the turn signals and blink amber then back to white as the DLR. If you are interested in making a set let me know.

I finished the new headlights, new Morimoto driving lights, and cleaned up the bumper and grille.

Looks great Rick! Really changes the look of the front end. I have toyed with the idea of updating the sequoias lights to the new style but for now they stay stock I have bigger fish to fry.
