I am starting a private forum here for event coordinators and will store your insurance info and budgets there to keep things more organized and under control. Hopefully all events can get their insurance very far in advance and have all of their info easily accessible to event coordinators.

Thanks for getting this initiated for 2011 Thad...

Can you point/correct to the Rubithon web site... Rubithon: the official TLCA event

and what do you think about providing a difficulty rating, or Novice/Experienced type indicator.
While many runs can accommodate both, Rubithon is pretty much Experienced only.
Just a thought, no action required in general, but something to think about.
