Selling my beloved 2008 GX470. Vehicle is too nice for me and am looking to invest in my LX470 build. Stock vehicle with all preventative maintenance work done -- 85K miles. I am the third owner of the vehicle, spent most of its life in Florida and has been in the north jersey area since May 2020 (always garaged).
This is the non-nav model (upgraded to android head unit for wireless carplay, non KDSS).
Bodywork is very clean overall and interior is in great shape. No rips, tears, staining or odors -- car smells like new. Great candidate to keep as is or turn into your dream build. Vehicle is ready to go, all the big maintenance items taken care of - pick it up and drive to California with no issues. I purchased the car without the 3rd row seats and are therefore not included in sale.
Outlining all the maintenance below and providing pictures. Please feel free to reach out with questions. Car has clean title - Can provide the carfax from the original date of purchase leading up to my ownership. Items outlined below occurred afterwards.

- Low mileage example with all preventative maintenance work complete
- Interior in excellent condition overall, no dash cracks
- Overall paint work in great condition - paint corrected in May 2020
- Ready to drive as-is
- The less good
- Minor scrapes and scuffs throughout the vehicle (see pictures) - in line with the vehicles age
- Tires have about 50% remaining tread life, tires are getting older - next set should be new buyers choice according to what you want to do with the vehicle
- Minor surface rust on rear hitch (see pics)
- Air springs are original and likely on their way out. However they still hold air.
- my tire pressure light came on a few days ago. tires are at correct pressure which leads me to believe one of the sensors finally lost battery. happy to get this addressed before the next owner pics up.

- Oil, filter and motor air filter changed
- Gear Oil flush (Lexus dealer)
- Transmission fluid change (Lexus dealer)
- Timing Belt, water pump, idlers and tensioners changed (Lexus dealer) + coolant flush
- 2x front shocks replaced with OEM toyota units
- 2x rear shocks replaced with aftermarket units (Luberfiner on amazon)
- 8x spark plugs replaced - OEM toyota
- Lower ball joints replaced - Sankei 555's
- CV Axel rebuilt, re-greased and re-booted
- Comfort
- full weather tech covers front/ back seats and cargo cover with protective skirt
- Mechanical
- Oil and filter change

- Brake rotors, calipers and pads replaced with full powerstop set
- Front brake lines replaced with stainless steel lines. I have the rear lines as well from Slee but they were not installed at that time.

- Interior lighting swapped with LED bulb kit

- LED light bulb replacement for low and high beams

- Addressed some surface rust on the radiator support bracket. Rust was ground down and surface repainted

- Head unit swapped with android smarty trend unit - works awesome. I did not install a backup camera at that time but you can do it. Unfortunately I haven't got the time to complete the project and wanted to enjoy the radio vs. it sitting in a box.
