So long time mud member needing some help here. I work as a svc advisor at a Buick/GMC dealer and have been trying to help my mother ln law with her 2007 GX(hopefully be able to buy it off of her cheap next year too). It started off with none of her windows working from the driver master window switch but they worked individually with that door switch. So no brainer ordered a reman switch off of Amazon and they all worked(after programming the auto feature). The problem now is the driver window will work 2-3 times and then stick down. Sometimes it would come up a few inches then stop and wouldn't do anything for 3-4min. Then all of a sudden will work fine again. My tech was convinced the motor was getting weak so $500 later he replaced that and it's still doing the same thing? Anyone run into this before? Trying to avoid my local Lex dealer because they don't have the best reputation in town.
Also another problem she's having is the key fob won't lock or unlock and it's less than a year old. Power locks work fine in the car and the key unlocks the door with no problem.
