2001 4Runner front bumper removal

How hard is it to remove the front bumper on a 2001 4Runner? This is a friend's car; I am a cruiser guy.

My wife backed our Land Cruiser into her friend's 2001 4Runner and dented the chrome part on the 4Runner front bumper. Needless to say, I am going to be replacing the chrome part next week.

It's a no brainer. I just fixed a 3G 4runner with a major front-end collision. The only hard part is dealing with the rusted bolts and such (but that's the Midwest, not colorado) U guys have it made. Good Luck...
