200 fender repair

Hey guys, started pulling off the fender on the 200 today. Doesn't look quite as easy as I thought. Seems to be a lot of rivets. Anybody with body repair experience able to give me some advice? Here is the thread I started in the 200 forum. Please reply there if you have any pointers.
