20" 33 FJ Cruiser

Have a friend that just bought an '07 FJ and wants to know if they can put 33" tires on 20" rims with no lift. It would strictly be an on road vehicle. I have only Jeeps and did not know if this would work. Also was wondering how the locker system on these work as I have never been inside one and would like to know so I could maybe show them this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, kdgcj

Call Flatt Tire...they do most of the lifts/tires for Toyota of Des Moines and would be able to tell you. I would have to say that shouldn't be and issue as I know several folks who have stuffed 35's under there's.
