Yesterday I made a deal to buy a 1998 4Runner for my teenage son. The seller says the AC system started blowing fuses last week and the clutch is making a serious racket. I am very proficient with Land Cruisers but haven't wrenched on the 4Runner. I know it needs a clutch and I assume I'll have to replace the compressor and clutch as an assembly. Any input on this issue appreciated.
