craigslist 1992 80 series

I've seen that 80 for sale for months now. Originally i saw it posted for $8995. Why do people paint flames on cars, it just looks lame. The truck does look clean, and it's black, but nobody wants a land cruiser with flames. If I knew how to paint it would be my new project, if for no other reason but to save it from those flames.
 
Those flames are stunning...ly bad.
