1991 HDJ81 Replacement Key??

Hi there,

I need to get a replacement key for my 1991 HDJ81 Turbo Diesel and the guy I talked to at Lexus in Calgary is retarded,...couldnt find me a price for a blank key without a chip. Anyone know the part number for these?? Anyone know where another good place I could get a replacement key from as well,...just in case Lexus fails me.

Steve,...hows it going man!! I talked to those guys and yeah they can do it but they have no keys to cut,...all out. The guys at Budget and 4WAuto said to talk to Lexus to grab a blank and then they will cut it but Lexus is retarded,...atleast in Calgary that is. I guess the best thing is to wait on Budget to get more keys.

I think you can buy blank keys off of Ebay for like $5..or they might even be cheaper than that.

I had a spare key cut by Prices Lock & Safe in Victoria for $35.00 - It is the same blank as used in the early LX450s; ilco blank is LXP90-P.
