I recently converted my old 90 Toy truck from standard to automatic. I changed the wiring harness under the hood and the computer to accommodate the trans wiring, but later found out that the wiring under the dash was different too. There no way I want to tackle that. As a result my overdrive is not activating by pushing the OD switch on the shift handle. My question is, does anyone know if I can wire the OD solenoid directly by connecting a hotwire and ground to it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
