Hi all,
I am the owner of a 1984 BJ45 with a 3B diesel engine (24 volt European model).
My windshield wiper system is not working anymore. I am in the process of re-building the wiper motor (brushes need to be replaced), but also want to check the wiper switch.
However, I can't find the proper electrical diagram for this switch. Here is a photo of the switch, including the coloring code of the 8 connected wires. The switch has four positions: OFF, INTERVAL, SLOW, FAST.
The switch has two connectors at the back, a 2-pin connector with the wires LY and WB, and a 6-pin connector with the other wires. The most electrical diagrams I can find show less connected wires.
Can anyone help me with the correct electrical diagram so that I can measure the switch?
Thanks a lot!
Edwin
