1982 Trekker

This is my friend's truck and I agreed to post it on here for him. I can answer some questions. I'll post more pics as soon as I get them from him.

1982 TOY TREKKER
5.29 GEARS
REAR DETROIT
91 REAR AXLE 3 IN WIDER
10 IN OF LIFT WILL CLEAR 37'S. BUT HAS 33'S NOW.
HOBRECHT IN CAB CAGE
CUSTOMER REAR BUMPER
NO FRONT BUMPER
WEBER CARB
JACOBS ING. SYSTEM
DOUBLE 9000 RANCHOS UP FRONT, SINGLE IN REAR
WELDED TRUSS OVER AXLE.
NEEDS INTERIOR
MOTOR HAS A ROD KNOCK I HAVE CHANGED THE BEARINGS 2 TIMES TO GET IT BY BUT COULD USE A REBUILD.
MOTOR IS 86 ALONG WITH TRANNY/TRANSFER CASE SITS BACK 3 MORE IN.
CUSTOM FRONT/REAR CV DRIVE SHAFTS.
HERCULINER ON OUTSIDE COULD USE ANOTHER COAT OR TWO.
THERE IS ONLY 600 OR SO OF THESE AT LAST CHECK.
ITS OLD AND HAS SEEN A LOT OF WHEELIN
AC WORKS
ID LIKE TO START AT 4500.00 AND GO FROM THERE

I love Trekkers, i have one already or i would be all over this. However, i will help you (your buddy) out, i'll post it on a Trekker only forum in the forsale section and see if it gets any hits there, i know a few guys on there are looking for them...

I appreciate the help! My friend who owns it isn't the most tech savy. Needless to say, digital camera's aren't his bag. I will hound him again to get me some more pics to post here. BTW, what is the Trekker site?
